Everest Terms of Use

The service
Everest is a daily knowledge game. Official scores depend on server-confirmed answers, daily population rarity, and the rating rules in effect when a result is finalized. Features may change as the product develops.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for providing accurate account information. One person should use one competitive account. You may not share accounts, automate play, scrape hidden answer data, interfere with scoring, exploit bugs, or attempt to manipulate population rarity or rankings.
Scoring and disputes
Same-day altitude may be provisional. Final scoring occurs after the daily route closes. Everest may review unconfirmed answers, correct scoring errors, remove fraudulent attempts, adjust ratings, or invalidate results when needed to preserve competitive integrity.
Availability
We aim to keep Everest available, but the service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. Daily games, ratings, streaks, and leaderboard positions are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
Future competitions
Everest may later introduce special competitive events under separate published rules. No current leaderboard position, rating, or daily result creates a right to any reward or benefit.
Acceptable use
Do not use Everest to violate law, harass others, compromise accounts, probe infrastructure without permission, submit malicious content, or gain an unfair competitive advantage.
Liability and changes
Everest is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
